General terms and conditions of all TiP products:
The purchase agreement for our 42 muscle film can be found below, under our general terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices charged by TiP are in euros, excluding any other costs such as posting and shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
TiP can change all prices that TiP charges for its products or services, stated on its website or otherwise announced, at any time.
The products will be shipped after payment has been made and the money has been deposited into TiP's bank account.
Postage costs
Posting and shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
Packaging and shipping/posting
If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have the forwarder or delivery person make a note of this before receiving the product, failing which TiP cannot be held liable for any damage.
If the customer arranges the transport of a product himself, he must report any visible damage to products or packaging to TiP prior to transport, failing which TiP cannot be held liable for any damage.
Right of withdrawal
A customer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the product has not been used and is still in its original condition. The costs for returns are for the buyer in question.
Retention of ownership and conditions
All photos, texts, drawings and images remain the property of TiP.
All purchased materials may be used purely and solely for your own use.
All our material is copyrighted, with all rights reserved by TiP. No part of our products may be reproduced, stored and/or made public in any form, whether electronic, digital, mechanical, copying, recording or any other way, without prior written permission from TiP.
If one or more of these conditions are violated, an immediate fine of €500 per violation will follow.
Dutch law applies, competent court in The Hague.
Changes to general terms and conditions
TiP is entitled to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
Changes of minor importance can be made at any time.
TiP will discuss major substantive changes with the customer in advance as much as possible.
Purchase agreement 42 Muscle film from Touch in Pictures (TiP)
The buyer (hereinafter referred to as: Other Party) of the 42 muscle film agrees to the following conditions regarding the purchase of the 42 muscle film from TiP. (Paulien de Roos, Inge van der Zwan-Dijkman and Irene Hin).
1. The Film is only used by the target group:
- Instructors 'Touch for Health', hereinafter referred to as TfH, in addition to the recognized teaching material of the courses TfH 1 to 4;
- Students TfH as a study aid;
- TfH and Kinesiology practitioners for their own use
2. Further Conditions:
- No adjustments or shortenings may be made to the Film.
- It is not permitted to resell the Film or make it available to (a) third party(ies);
- The Film is subject to copyright. All rights are reserved by TiP. No part of the Film may be reproduced, stored and/or made public on social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter) in any form or by any means, electronic, digital, mechanical, copying, recording or otherwise.
3. Fine and Compensation:
If the Other Party doesn't adhere with the conditions/requirements as stated in the conditions mentioned above, that Other Party will be obliged to pay TiP an immediately payable fine of €500 (in words five hundred euros) per violation.
Dutch law applies, competent court in The Hague.
The Other Party accepts the conditions stated above and purchases the Film from TiP under those conditions for €15 (in words: fifteen Euros)
